Some exceptions apply based on specific tools. For example:

• SmartRestra may offer demo plans to trial QR menu features.
• MiniWebOnline requires subscription before activation. Refunds may not be entertained post-activation.
• All software purchases are final and irrevocable unless expressly stated.

We encourage all users to review specific refund policies listed on each product’s website before completing a transaction.

5. Availability and Updates

We aim to deliver 99% uptime for our hosted solutions. However, scheduled maintenance, third-party downtime, and system errors may occasionally affect service availability.

We reserve the right to update, improve, or suspend portions of our platforms at any time for technical or business reasons without prior notice.
