Once a service is initiated, time, technical resources, and human effort are invested in delivering value. Hence, cancellations or refunds are not feasible unless explicitly stated otherwise or under rare exceptional circumstances.

Product-Specific Policies: For specific SaaS platforms and services such as SmartRestra, MiniWeb, BizzUp, and others, return or refund policies (if available) are stated on their respective websites. Please make sure to read the terms carefully before subscribing or making a payment.

Trial-Based Products: If a free trial is offered for any service, we strongly recommend utilizing it to assess the platform’s fit before purchasing or activating a premium plan.

Consultation and Custom Solutions: For IT consulting or customized solutions, our team dedicates exclusive time and planning. Therefore, payments made towards such engagements are considered final and non-refundable.
